Our core business is providing consultancy services to private and public clients in the construction industry. We have gained extensive experience over the years in various markets including Commercial, Mixed Use, Residential, Data Centres, Student Accommodation, and Office Fitouts.

Our staff are fully insured, competent and compliant with current legislative requirements to work on construction sites both in Ireland and abroad. The F4Q working environment allows our experienced staff to approach projects with originality, practicality, and enthusiasm.

F4Q views every job in terms of its full life cycle, mindful at all stages from inception, planning, feasibility studies, and construction phase, through to handover and operation. We aim to find a balance between initial capital cost constraints versus the running costs through its full life cycle.
F4Q believes that the value engineering process should encompass proper solutions, where operations and selection processes are well thought out and not based solely on cost. Our aim is to always select the best value solution taking both capital and operational costs into consideration.
